Hmmm… Went back and updated to 17.05.11 again, restarted koha-common/memcached and everything seemed to be working fine. I came back and hour later and was unable to search holdings. Went back to /var/run/ and…the koha directory had disappeared again. Ran sudo koha-create-dirs and got those
