We're using Koha 3.2 and are having a problem with Holds. Patrons cannot
place a hold on checked out item, these errors come up instead:
Cannot Place Hold
Too Many Holds: Patron's name has too many holds.
No copies are available to be placed on hold

I'm attempting to upgrade from Koha version 3.2 to version 3.6 by just
copying over 3.2 db into a new instance of Koha 3.6. The webinstaller ran
just fine in bringing the db up to date, bar some errors about duplicate
fields that are already in the tables. However, I received these errors
I encountered exactly those same errors on my Koha 3.6.1. It seems the
errors only appear when you upgrade the db from a previous version (3.2, in
my case) of Koha to 3.6.
I also got these errors when Koha is updating the database through the web
installer:

Thanks alot for this. Been using it for awhile now, very useful

running on Debian 6.

May I ask why are there 2 different versions of official Koha? 3.4.1 and
3.2.9. Just curious why are u still working on 3.2, isn't it obsolete now
that 3.4 is out?
