I use advanced search all the time to limit to items that are not checked out or in a specific audience or content. I usually only use one search field. Also, it is a pain with the more/fewer options. There really isn't that much more. The options should all just be on all the time. I will

We use Advance Search quite a bit since it allows us to limit by collection and date. We use collections differently than most, in that our collections are things like Broadsides, Genealogical Materials, Photographs, Manuscripts, Maps, Electronic Records, etc. and are very useful for
