[Koha] Adding a page to OPAC

Hi all There seems a provision to add a page to my OPAC by creating a new system preference. I tried to add a system preference "PageContentsFAQ", but could not succeed. Can anyone help how to do it? I referred the following link http://joomla.prosentient.com.au/index.php/koha-faq/119-faq-koha-ad
