Hi, the error you posted looks like it's from the overdues.pl script. It complains about a missing letter ODUE. So you might want to check your notices and overdue notice triggers. But this won't affect fine calculation. Fines are calculated independently of the letters via the fines.pl cronjob.

Hi, all jobs should always be run as your koha user. You can use 'sudo koha-shell instance' to switch to that user and then try to run the job again. Some other things to make sure of: * system preference finesmode is set to "Calculate and charge" * today is not a holiday in the calendar of t
