I'm checking Opac Koha 3.10 and 3.12 beta2. I found out that, if we use theme CCSR (mobile theme, i think), we can't include header and footer (it has some CSS error- need fix). So if we want to have header and footer in Opac, we must use PROG theme, right? Did anyone try to bring header and
