In case anyone is interested, I'm now able to transform UNIMARC into MARC21 via Z39.50. I found that MarcEdit includes an XSLT file that works with Koha. I asked the author of MarcEdit, Terry Reese, if he would mind me sharing the information. He has kindly uploaded the file to GitHub at
