My problem solved.
What I was doing mistake, is that I entered a wrong SMS
gateway value in circulation in system preference.
And it was showing error of SMS gateway not found when I was running
the process_message_queue.pl.
I removed the wrong sms gateway entry

parameters, i.e. without pointing to a specific SMTP server. If your
Koha server has a local SMTP server configured, it will work. Otherwise,
