Yes it looks right to me. Are there any differences between the current and
incoming barcodes (e.g. hyphens)? Is your bibliographic index fully
updated? I would check for those.
Lastly, it could be worth trying the match checks, even though I never
needed them so I can't help

I tried making a barcode matching rule, but it doesn't seem to work, because
when I tried staging Marc records for import, I got this:

0 records not staged because of MARC error
