Hi I{m trying to upgrade a koha installation from 17.05 to oldstable (tried stable also) but apt-get upgrade said package will be kept back.
OS is Ubunutu xenial (16.4) I check dependency and I get this: acornejo@CelacpVps:~$ sudo apt-get --with-new-pkgs upgrade koha-common Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Calculating upgrade... Done Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable distribution that some required packages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming. The following information may help to resolve the situation: The following packages have unmet dependencies: koha-common : Depends: libhttp-oai-perl (< 4.0) but 4.03-1 is to be installed or libhttp-oai-3.27-perl but it is not going to be installed E: Broken packages acornejo@CelacpVps:~$ This is the referred library installed version. acornejo@CelacpVps:~$ apt list --installed |grep libhttp libhttp-oai-perl/xenial,xenial,now 4.03-1 all [installed, automatic] acornejo@CelacpVps:~$ Will it be safe to remove that lib and manually install an older version?
