This CCODEs are already in the Koha standard setup and affect the behavior. If i add an ITEM and select not for loan the circulation desk can't loan the ITEM. The "Unavailable tag" refers to a Marc record (Title) with no ITEMS to loan or have no ITEMS added yet. --
