If the option value contains diacritics, the value is empty:
<option value="CART">Book Cart</option>
<option value="Bureau">Bureau</option>
<option value="Bureau des bibliothécaires"></option>
<option value="Cédéroms adulte"></option>
<option value="Cédéroms enfant"></option>
