I have a bunch of MARC-records in a file that I import with:
bulkmarcimport.pl -insert -match=Control-number,001 -l /tmp/insert.log

We (Gothenburg University Library) run a heavily modified version of
bulkmarcimport.pl where this issue should be fixed. We have not have the time
to separate out all fixes into separate issue
