Bug 28374 resolves this too..
The issues is with how we record 'CREATE' offsets.
You can either add in a condition to filter it out in the template or use the
debits relation instead.

No, it is just a value duplicated in the receipt. Luke from ByWater figured
out how to fix the receipt. I'll point him to this ticket. The receipt will

What I thought Christopher's comment meant is that the amount will be different
in some cases - maybe you need multiple lines on the receipt or something like
