We created a second instance of Koha using the instructions at
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Installing_Multiple_Instances_of_Koha
We dumped the data from our original instance and then reloaded it into
the koha_test instance. We have tried to reindex several time by using
rebuild_
I think the proper word to describe my word "transactions" with is circulations
(pardon my somewhat Norwegian-English use of terms).
We need to generate loans and submissions, and preferably also some other
status changes (fex lost, not in place, ordered, reminder sent).

Surely the best result would be if we could load our transaction data into
Koha. This does however sound like a fairly comprehensive task, and would more
or less look like a complete migration.
That is not what we want at this moment.
Just an idea, but what about having the hackfest at the KohaCon happen right
before a release! That way the release manager would be there to work with
everyone on blockers and possibly get the blockers out of the way. Then 2
weeks or so after the KohaCon there would be a "release"...
