Packages for Koha 3.8.7 and 3.10.0 are now available in the usual place.
As there's a new major version, this requires some changes. Previously,
in the 'squeeze' repository, there was 3.8, and in oldstable, 3.6.
Now 3.10 is going in to squeeze, 3.8 moves into oldstable, and 3.6 falls
out. For now

I tried the following commands,
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
But nothing happened.
