Chris has already done a great RDA framework for MARC bibliographic
frameworks, which you can find here for download
(http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/MARC_frameworks). However
For my bug 9681, I've just updated patch.

I've just created Bug 9681 to propose to add some indexes in database.
Those indexes are very important to speed up SQL queries, sometimes 100x
faster.
I think it can help form some queries in code but mainly for statistical
reports.
