commit. There was a bug for stable branches (password not set properly).
Also note that Koha is affected by bug 21087 (Patron's password is hashed
twice when the object is saved) since ModMember has been removed.

Since bug 20287 there is not more AddMember subroutine and misc4dev was
using it. You will need to update it (the repo from gitlab/koha-community),
especially if you are using a devbox.
