Hi,
Since Bug 20267 "Add basic .gitignore", there is a .gitignore in sources
under GIT versionning.
You may want to add more ignore globally with :
https://help.github.com/articles/ignoring-files/#create-a-global-gitignore
Or per repository with .git/info/exclude
