I am test flying a newly purchased Tri Q2.  On rollout fuel started venting all over the canopy, lots of fuel.  It has a forward facing vent on top of the header tank close to the canopy.  The header tank guage showed about an inch from being full.  The main fuel tank cap is not vented.  There i

Yes, it is 1/2 of a rearview mirror motor from a Mercury Sable. The other parts came from a hobby store that sells large model airplane parts. Total cost, about $10. The idea came from someone on the KRNet, but I think I am the only one to ever implement it, and it works. See N64KR at http://KR
