The VW engine on the Black Bird is running again. The Tracy O'Brian brakes on the Black Bird SUCK. They won't even hold it at 1500 RPM. Maybe the third brand ( yet to be determined ), will work satisfactorily. I guess that is my next major project, other than installing the Corvair. All sugges
