Thanks SidThat is exactly what I was thinking would be best. Good thoughts on the access panels, I started to make some for the elevator and rudder as I am currently replacing cables as well. My registration came in the mail yesterday so once it is all done another KR will fly. Happy danc

Bob, Put the already built outer wings on the airplane. Whatever it takes: build the stub wing profile to exactly match the outer wing profile. Yes, there will be a crease where the dihedral starts; fare that in best you can. Trailing edge of the stub wing should match the aileron. Leave acc
