I see 2 topics here- 1. The AOPA web page talks about getting a "Fringe Airport Policy" waiver and that seems it would apply to KLXT. If you are operating out of one of the listed "capacity-constrained airports" you are unlikely to be approved. I doubt any KRs are based in one of these facilitie

We applied for a waiver at the Fort Worth Office and one of the questions they asked was do you have an electrical system. We said yes and that disqualified us from going out and coming back. They would allow us to move the airplane out for repairs but we had to have an ADSB before we came back
