As I'm looking to buy- This Kr-2 has been converted to a single seater-I'm not sure just what that means, or what is involved Also it states the wheels are positioned so it can be ELSA, I'm kinda lost on how wheel position or configuration changes stall speed on an airworthiness certificate big
