discussed it with an attorney. The main problem they saw with it, is that

I don't know if it will do any good, but I am in a
partnership of a Beechcraft Sundowner with 3 other
guys. Our documents were basically made up by the
group with no real leagl assistance. if you want to
see the items we agreed upon, I wouldn't mind sharing
a copy. However, one of the reasons

I would like to read a copy of your co ownwership docs, am starting a flying
club to fly more types at better costs. We are 2 now, but others want in. It
is informal at present, but will need a more concrete model. Good luck with
your co ownership.

Buy/sell arrangements are common. One unhappy camper proposes a price,
and the second party chooses to buy or sell. It's a simple process.
