Hi Guys, When I started building the wings, The EAA inspector on the project preffered that I use 32DB Polystyrene. It is extremely hard. I had it pre-cut by the supplier and glued into place. I used a belt sander with 100grid paper to profile it. That was a huge job. The 32DB does not make
