While out in the shop today , I happened to find the three strobe kits  thast 
I bought from Great planes last summer.  The packing slip put them at  about 
$33 per kit, but, you still need a box of sorts to protect the componets  and 
a lense for the strobe.  they come with instructions, a "dash  pot"  for 
control of rate of flash the kit is 12 volt.  It looks  like a "klutz " like me 
can 
assemble it.
