With my last KR I would do Barrel roils loops and spins. I could only do a 
couple at a time because I would get sick. ( love to do them ) I will go up 
about once a month in one of my Bellanca's and do a few moves just to keep in 
practice. I believe you should be able to do it in all planes that you fly so 
you will be comfortable if something goes wrong and you end up upside.

This is a little off of the subject but do any of you guys do aerobatics in 
your KRs? Seems they'd be capable w/ that g-rating.....

All small airplanes (under 6000 pounds) certificated under Part 23 are
certified to 3.8g.
