If you are willing to purchase a small amount of plywood you could run the spars through a planing machine and plane the plywood shear webs off of one side of the main carry thru down to the spar caps. Once it's inspected to see if the spreaders are there, then put the new plywood on that side.

I guess I should have asked also n my previous email if anyone has had to open up box spars or remove the stub wings or any other disassembly with good results. By that I mean to be able to then re use those parts. I am wondering how much of a project can be saved if I have to take it apart at
