I noticed that the both main spar and TE spar WAF  bolts in my aircraft were
within recommendation (ie the thread was inside the WAF fitting) but this
meant that one end of the bolt had increased clearance in the WAF fitting
hole as the thread is a smaller diameter than the grip diameter of the bolt.
Today I purchased new bolts 1/8 inch longer, and yes, I will need an extra
washer or two, but the bolt is a MUCH neater fit in the hole than the old
one ..... gunna do a trial refit of the wing tomorrow .... wish me luck!
