I would have to agree, with the others, it sound like it is flooding.
If you are not up with Carbs, remove it completely and take to someone that is,
and get it overhauled.
a small price to pay.

Phil, this is not really a carb, it's a fuel mixer, very very simple, the
only moving part is the slide which has the needle attached, I've
overhauled more carbs in my time than I care to remember, this is a
temperature related problem.-thanks
