I like the rollover protection. I made a 1.5" fwd Turtle deck bulkhead out of

I'm not sure what you mean by needing more details on how I installed the
hinge
I am no where near starting wood work yet but that does not prevent me from
starting on other parts such as the canopy hinges and various other metal
parts. The part I am emulating
is Mark Langfords canopy hinges. I was wondering the procedure that He used to
install them as what I want to do

Several folks have asked about canopy hinges recently. If I were to do it
again, I'd build them very similar to the way John Martindale did it, which
is to build up canopy rails on top of the longerons that stradle the
instrument panel and hinge at the outer edges of the canopy. This l
