I have a note on my desk that simply says "sig-brownfield". The idea was that it *might* be interesting to have a discussion forum for people deploying Kubernetes into existing environments, which has high correlation with on-prem. There are many issues, but as you point out, they almost all overlap with other functional SIGs - auth, network, storage, cluster*, etc.
