I think this cannot be linked to a bug reported against gnome-cups-
manager. I've got the KDE bug here, but gnome-cups-manager works fine.

Couldn't the reason be because I changed the keyboard layout? Because if
I press Alt+Space in an open program like Konqueror, the Window
Properties menu to the top left pops up.
