In the KDE currently in Dapper, if you go in Settings --> Regional -->
Keyboard Layout, then select your country layout, then you will be able to
select a specific variant (default, basic, intl, and dvorak). If you do
that, then you will have dvorak keyboard layout for that user.

Dapper's Konqueror to use tar:/ etc. kioslaves by default. That is why I love
Konqueror: there's no need for multiple applications to do simple things with
archived files. Konqueror's kio_tar and kio_zip work much b

Confirmed on dapper. Tom, that's a fair workaround, but this is definitely a
bug. I'm not certain it's a kdeadmin bug, though, because I was unable to
disable these services with bum, too.
