Hi, at last I have time to dedicate to Kubuntu.
Actual situation:
1. if I set my environment to LANG=cs_CZ.UTF-8 and LC_MESSAGES=C then
it seems that all texts are in english .. this is OK and the bug, how I
reported, is corrected
2. if I set my environment only to LANG=cs_CZ.UTF-8 then only a

Little wish: Some option wich turns on/off displaying of details during
package instalation. I want see details and every time I must click on

That actually doesn't work on my system -- it restores the DPMS timeout
too early and it gets overwritten again. Previously I had a sleep 20
displayconfig-restore and similar lines for 20,30,and 40 second delays,
but even then when my system is under IO load and logging in, it would
not work.

Your problem is that you chat-partner does not see the same smilies that you
see?
Does he see a text representation of the smilies or isn't sent anything to this
user where a smilie should be?
