kubuntu artwork, but to no or standard debian theming.

This sounds like adept allows the removal of apt without a big warning.
It should print a big warning when packages of priority important or
essential are marked for removal that this may break the system.

Networkmanager seems to be designed only for dynamic IP.
Well it's not practical for evryone!
It must be able to let you specify for any specific BSSID if you want DHCP or
Static IP, just like wlassistant does!

There is no default screen saver set, is this not a problem or does the
screen sleep?
I think there should be a default screen saver - would be nice if it
said Kubuntu on the screensaver or even if it was a random one! :)
