What kind of a player is Samsung YP-U3? UMS/Generic? MTP?
And do you mean it doesn't copy the files at all, or the odd characters
get changed into something else (like _)?

When I start k3b with kubuntu gutsy alpha4 and all updates, i get an
error that my cd burner does not work. if i click on setup assistent, i
have to give sudo password and then happens - nothing.
if I try to start the displayed command
kcmshell k3bsetup2 --lang de
with sudo
The best behaviour of KPDF and Evince would be to show a warning
message, that this file is no correct pdf file, (fix the EOF issue) and
open it anyway.

I'm really confused now.
Previously when I added another layout to my menu a useful label would
appear in the label box, although only on one occasion (usi) did it
also appear in the label column. And if a label did appear in that
column it still might or might not be displayed correctly in the

I had the same problem as everybody here, and i deleted ~/ .xine and
reinstalled libxine1 and the it worked for me!
But maybe its a good thing that this bug's going to be fixed so nobody
else will have problems with it
