It looks like the file was corrupted when you were downloading it.
I would recommend doing a "sudo rm
/var/cache/apt/archives/ktimetracker_4%3a4.1.4-0ubuntu1~intrepid2.1_i386.deb"
and doing another sudo apt-get upgrade.
