pirate-bay-tracker-shuts-down-for-good-091117/), but for some reason
still includes it (as both HTTP and UDP) in torrents it serves. These

In that case, Mark, can you go to System Administration Hardware
driver and disable/deactivate the Nvidia binary driver, and then reboot
and see if you can reproduce the issue with the open source driver.

This is one thing that I think should be easy but it isn't: disabling Samba. In
Windows, there is a checkbox for disabling file sharing, why not KDE?
Under Kubuntu 8.10, KDE 4.2.2 in System Settings, there is no place to find a
checkbox that

Also, there's another quite similar problem.
I installed Lucid Kubuntu, I set automatically login. But kdm still pop
up and ask me to input username and password. Sometimes it will
automatically login, sometimes it won't.
