1) Select Welcome tab in QtCreator.
2) Select the Tutorials tab.
3) Select any non-video tutorial.
4) Observe how images are overlayed on the text, making the text mostly
illegible.
Expected outcome: text flows around images.

right so nothing would boot
then I installed ubuntu unity 13.04 and it also installed fine
then I installed Kubuntu again and it consistently failed to install with an
error

When attempting to play an mp3 in Amarok 2.7.0 on Kubuntu 13.04 I get
the message
amarok requires an additional plugin to decode this file, ID3 tag
demuxer
It also offers to search for that plugin but does not find it. All the
obvious software sources are enabled. Other pl
I confirm the bug as, qtcreator broke from the 13.04 update.
Reinstalling the package by apt-get purge followed by install did not
work.
Manually installing the latest version 2.70 from the qt-homepage worksed
for me however, given that this is the version supposedly in raring it
seems likely err
Can we convert this bug to "needs-packaging: PyQt5" now that snapshots
are available?
