OK, here is a new version with most of the suggestions implemented. I
didn't change it to "static-network-up" though, because based on what I
read about "static-network-up," it is only for statically-configured
network interfaces and not ones configured through network-manager.

In Kubuntu 13.10 64bit I can't change anything in localization module of
systemsettings. When I open it, I see no installed languages, no
possible currency formats etc. Look at attached screenshots. I use Czech
language in my KDE.

associated to saucy, so that there is memory that saucy shows the bug and that

Will be possible to install 0.9.0.1 in 13:10 in some way? That bug is
very annoing to me since I use a lot VPNs and I need all the time to add
additional routes.
