Currently whoopsie-upload-all will wait for 1800s (30 minutes) for
whoopsie to actually upload the reports. This may well be too long, as
right now whoopsie has trouble uploading in general which means we'll
just about always hit the timeout.
Lowering the timeout to 60s may b
(Point being that digikam should not offer this option unless the qmysql
backend actually is available).
