Dolphin won't keep the folder shortcut

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Dolphin.
2. Select the folder you want in the Places shortcut on the left panel.
3. Drag and Drop the folder on the left panel in the "Places" section.
4. Restart the system.
What Happens:
Dolphin is set back to default places.
