I've tried using both "OEM" mode and the regular live CD boot. This
crash happens whether I first connect to a wireless network, or connect
using the installer, or have the option to skip wireless setup selected.
Attached /var/log/syslog. /var/log/partman does not exist.

after choosing language & locale "chinese" , prompt for keyboard settings ,
then whatever yes or no I choose , reported the command line returned 1 ,
@David Faure, do you mean the bug is in konsole even if it's kate to complain?
Or maybe you mistyped konsole for kate?

I just restarted the USB stick without UEFI. It seems that the problem
only exists if starting in UEFI mode.
