Upgraded to Xenial, and Plasma disappeared. Starting the X server, I get a
blank screen, then error messages indicating that there is no Plasma shell. In
particular,
"All shell packages missing.
This is an installation issue, please contact your distribution"

Hotkeys not functional in non-latin keyboard
I can sponsor your uploads, I believe the right way is to get them
uploaded to yakety and then to xenial where a archive admin will approve
them.
Can you perhaps perpare a archive of what needs uploaded for both yakety
and xenial?

Yes I think I have found the problem, It looks like several of my packages were
