On can't browse info pages with konqueror on Ubuntu-Xenial. Issue is

randomness itself but leaves this to libgcrypt / gpg-agent. On Linux

Similar for me in Kubuntu 16.10, plasmashell 5.7.5:
1) Search for "display" in application menu
2) Right click -> add to Favorites
3) Remove from Favorites
4) Broken
