Thanks for the fix... finally. Seeing Flash install popups is about as
useful as a rash popping up on my ass.
Now, waiting for Bionic. And, I'm on KDE Neon. Geez.

mouse right-click stops working and doesn't open a menu, also left-click

Workaround: restart Konsole.

After upgrading from 17.04 to 17.10 I also had this issue with error:

Fixed like in #4 by commenting load-module module-switch-on-connect out of
/etc/pulse/default.pa
