To clarify: sddm is the display manager, which is what you use to log-
in, and that's it. kwin is the window manager, which you use once
logged-in.

I have double-click on the titlebar set to (toggle) shade the window.
If I shade a window (seems to be any window) on Kubuntu Jammy then when
I try to restore the window the height is completely wrong - only a few
pixels.
If the window is maximized vertically then that is
I do have "Allow apps to remember the positions of their own windows, if they
support it" turned on in:
Window Management -> Window Behaviour / Advanced
But I've always had that on, and it's never been a problem before.
Konsole needs an option to forget its position.

VERFIFIED: I tested this and the expected results are now present. That
is, the Plymouth theme shows as centered on all monitors along with
password entry box.
I think we should also take comfort in this is just a re-skin of the
Ubuntu Studio Plymouth which has been distributed for
