Most Konqueror windows I use now have this bug.
Every Konqueror window that has been stored from a previous session has it and
every first newly opened konqueror window has it. Only when I open a second
Konqueror right after the first I will have a *good* one... normally you
wouldn't do that, s
I just noticed, this happens in file mode as well.
Sometimes I open Konqueror (which is preloading in the background) I get this
error. When I open a second Konqueror window this will not have the error. I
don't know what's going on, but somewhere these old settings are still

In my opinion "apply" should be used here instead of an immediate effect -
that's the way KDE configuration used to work. The immediate effect can have a
few unexpected bad consequences, when the user expects to be able to "test out"
a few settings.

I tested more and found out that it seems to be related to adpet more than to
K-Menu.
When I first installed kolourpaint and superkaramba through adpet and
Add/Remove Programs respectively there were no icons created until next login.
When I then installed yakuake with apt-get the icon was immed
